If I didn't know what I was looking at, I would have guessed
that it was a cloud layer illuminated by a full moon.  To say
that it was intense is an understatement.  The problem, though,
with that level of activity is that you don't get to see the
swirls and curtains very well.  Most of this event, that I saw,
was just an overwhelming fog.  When the swirls broke out, it was
pretty cool, but the background was bright enough to disguise
most of them.

In the pictures, I saw much more than I did with my eyes. 
Tonight I plan to post a couple pics on the website.
