If it's for pictures that may be sold, used or given to others,
I'd suggest Fuji or Kodak professional print films in ISO 400.
Take the OM-2S, put it in auto mode, and adjust the aperture
till the shutter speed indicates somewhere between 1/8 and 1/30.
I typically use 1/15. The flash-sync will force 1/60 (in auto
mode), so this throws the background/ambient down two stops
which gives a nice warm background without turning black.
