Guilt? You underpaid for one of those fine "soft focus" lenses? Gotta love
it when you have to fight someone like this and lose shipping charges,
repacking time, and they fight you every inch of the way. I've won one fight
and got a refund but it took quite awhile. Good luck I hope you succeed.
