I am not very good at being a left-footer when someone is trying to
pull a fast one ;-) He clearly means that the photo is of the lens for
sale so he has misrepresented the facts – to a material degree.
I should press for the lens you bought (the one in the photo); whatever
the serial number, the one you were sent is not the one you bid on, is
not in "good condition" and is not worth the successful bid.
