The specs say it is a 35mm lens with 3.5mm of shift. The Zuiko 35mm has 
10.4mm - 13mm of shift depending upon direction. As long as your 
expectations aren't too high you might find the Loreo PC lens interesting 
but it would probably be more cost effective to buy a Zuiko 35mm shift lens, 
use it, and if you don't find it worth the money sell it.

Auto exposure works fine with shift. Manual exposure readings should be 
taken without shifting, then shift to take the picture.

IMO the Zuiko shift lens is worth the money. You won't want to sell it!
