Chuck-
It's made of foam core board, hot glued together. The back side has four 
vertical pieces (you can see one on the end) to hold the 45 degree 
angle. It's held on by a pair of tiny bungee cords. I used the cords 
because I had them, and didn't have any velcro. The reflector part is 
just the raw white surface of the foam core.
