My sentiments exactly Piers.  I "could" spend AU$2000 on an E-300 and see 
the value of it depreciate to zip within a year or so but I'd much rather 
spend my hard-earned on analogue Oly equipment which holds it's value MUCH 
better...and which I know will last longer than the E-300.
