I should have taken pictures, I suppose, but most of the real damage was 
internal.  Other than having multiple holes in it, the case didn't look much 
different from the tag on the OM-4Runner.  (That's really just a sticker.)

Let me add that when I say I "threw it in the back yard and shot it," the term 
"back yard" refers to that area I more often call "the woods behind the house" 
and consists, together with some neighbors' property, of several acres, part of 
which is a perfectly legal private pistol range used by myself and those 
neighbors.  We don't live in these pretentious million-dollar McMansions that 
are springing up all around us, built 10 feet apart with a back yard you could 
cover with a king-size bedsheet.  Our houses are old, but so are we, and our 
"yards" are measured in acres, not square feet, so we have room to be weird.  
And we often are, which really annoys (and scares, I'm sure) some of our new 
neighbors.  :-)
