It worked for me, although it took two tries, when I unsubscribed from the
digest at my about-to-be-cancelled Compuserve address a couple of weeks ago. I
think if you just reply to the confirmation e-mail, including the entire
message in your reply, just like it says, you'll get unplugged. If I can do
it, anyone can.
