I have used gyro stabilized 20x binoculars for decades. The gyros are heavy
and it is a feel that you must get used to but the benefit is astonishing.

The company you reference has at least three models that I have seen and
used. The work very well.

The manufacturer will also rent one of these to you if you are doing a one
time shoot. I can not recall the fee.

Mark

One passed by on that auction site a month or so ago. The bidding hit real
money, so I did not pay too much attention.

Strikes me it would be for devoted users only - weighs ~1 kilogram, battery
lasts ~6 hours, it takes 5-10 minutes to run up to speed, and 20 minutes to
stop. And how much did you say it costs?

Nice idea :-)

Hi Zuikists,

Has anybody of you used such a thing? Interesting, look here:

http://www.ken-lab.com/

Zuikos are all unstabilized, with this, they would all be stabilized?.
