My vote would go for an OM1 body only as I guess this would be more
representative of the list.

Me too.

I can see the advantage of the smaller cameras over the
OM1/50 combination when it comes to postage, particularly
when it comes time for it to cross ponds. It wouldn't
put me off though, and I'd be happy to be the jumping-off
point from Oz if it comes to that.

Mmm, film...I remember that stuff. I might have to try
some again. ;) I've been buying a few digital toys lately
(macro for the C*n*n digital, with some associated stuff,
plus an Epson 4990 flatbed), but my compulsion always keeps
a greedy eye out for the "old film stuff".
