Count me in. I like the OM-1 idea. After the camera has made the trek, you
could post is on evilbay with a full route description. One of a kind, BIN
$1000.00.

My reason behind sending a RF camera around was to keep it simple, to keep
the weight down, and to keep it cheap in case it got lost. And the
cheapness would also avoid any extra expense of import/export duties when
sending it between countries.

But I agree that sending an OM-1 around would add some class to the
exercise. Maybe we could compromise and just send an OM-1 body..?

A couple of people have mentioned they're in favor of using a Trip 35. I
like this idea too, sending a "Trip" on a trip seems to be fitting!

Here's something else to keep in mind - we could do this round-the-world
thing as many times as we like, the Argus group is currently on it's second
"Argosy". We could start small this time with a RF camera and maybe next
time use an OM-1...

So what do others think?

- Send an OM-1 with 50mm f1.8?
- Send an OM-1 body only?
- Send a Trip 35?
- Send a XA1?
