James, I absolutely agree with you, being a seller of over 500 positive and 
zero neutral/negative I seldom leave feedback before the buyer left feedback 
to me or email me he has received the goods and happy about it except for 
small items. If the buyer has not received the good and accepted it the 
transaction has not finish. Only after transaction is finished I will leave 
feedback. This is to protect myself if some crazy guys leave negative 
without trying to resolve the problem by email first, fortunately I have 
never seen one.

To Boris, AFAIK once feedback is left, nothing can be done to change it but 
you can put a reply under your feedback to explain it.
