Yes and no. They are truely clear, there are no focusing aids which will
tell you when the image is in focus. What they do provide is a reference mark
on them (the dual crosshairs) which you train your eye to focus on. As long
as you keep the crosshairs focused in your vision, what you see from the lens
will also be in focus. They're tricky to use until you get used to them.
