Gabby was one of my favourite characters in the Roy Rogers TV serial.
He was in fewer episodes than Pat what's-his-name-"Mustard and Custard,
Nelly Belle!", so when I saw those episodes in reruns, I cherished
them. Can one say "cherished" and "Roy Rogers TV series" in the same
sentence?
