Unless you've calibrated your system using proper equipment, don't expect to
get a perfect match.  You need to calibrate your montor with something like
an Eye One and you need to get colour profiles made for your printer (for each
ink/paper combination).  Unless your entire workflow is calibrated, you'll
have to settle for "close enough".  If you're looking to get 100% accurate
results, expect to spend a lot of time and money to get there.
