Regarding the 7070 (or 5060 for that matter), has anyone tried using the
B-300 lens from the iS-3000 with a 7070/5060 ? It would require a 40.5 - 55
stepup filter adapter, and I suspect that the weight would be a bit much for
the 7070. Instead I have thought of using the telephoto auxiliary lens from
an APS Centurion; much lighter, but still needs a 40.5 - 46mm stepup. Anyone
tried that?
A comment for UK OM'ers; someone mentioned that 7dayshop were selling E-1
bodies for 599GBP. I noticed that they are also selling the E-300 plus
14-45mm lens for 489GBP, also a very good price. And the C-8080 for
394GBP......
