There is no pin pushing.  The pin on the adapter is in a fixed position 
and simply forces the Zuiko into a pre-set mode where the aperture opens 
and closes as you turn the aperture ring.  In the third photo on right 
in this auction the stop-down pin is the small, copper, L-bracket at 
about the 9:30 position.

As to the vagaries of metering in stop-down mode on EOS thingies you'll 
have to ask Moose or someone who actually owns one.  I don't own one yet 
but hope to try this adapter on a 20D tomorrow.
