My kids raised in Kentucky use the y'all phrase. I told them of the phrase
used in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and they always thought I was kidding. We
made a long overdue trip up there a couple of years ago. Stopping at a local
mall to pick up swimsuits, my son split a gut when a saleslady looked him in
the eye and asked "where yins guys from?".
