Scary indeed. It gives under-informed local law enforcement the chance to
over react. If chemical plants are SO vulnerable and dangerous, it's funny
how Washington take so much money from the Chemical Lobby, and in return for
such bribes, does NOT require them to supply trained security forces to
protect their own property and their possible use against the citizenry.
It was found that during a pre-programmed 'attack' on Indian Point Nuclear
plant in NY, that many of the security force there were so out of shape,
they could barely run let alone stand up quickly if knocked over.
