Of course, the actual price will vary with what's wrong with your
particular camera. If it needs a new circuit board or focus motor it
might be on the higher end of John's range.
I have no idea what IS-3's go for on the bay but, unless you can buy
them for $50, I'd go for the full CLA and repair. That way you know
what you've got. A bay purchase might fail next week the same way yours
just did.
