The advisory includes 92% of the Atlantic coast, 100% of the Gulf  
coast, 100% of the Great Lakes, 24% of the nation's river miles and  
35% of the nation's lake acres. They're trying to kill us all. I  
can't understand why there isn't rioting in the streets.
