Yup...  The bottom line is that people need to pay attention to their
driving. There are many ways to be distracted and inattention is the major

Are these figures signifiant?

I've got a feeling we're talking about an increase in odds of  from 0.0001
to .0000175 per.thousand miles, or some such.
