The image thief has also linked to your pages in his description, and
thereby handed you control over that part of his listing.  You could change
the linked pages to alert visitors to what is going on.

Or you could be more forthright...

I have advised the bidder to ask for some different photographs.

I have reported the copyright infringement to eBay's VeRO Programme.  Has
anyone managed to get an auction removed by reporting copyright infringement
to eBay?
