Alan,
I've had this happen twice on e*ay. In both cases it toook them a couple
days but they did cancel both auctions. In one case the guy changed the
background colour and claimed his wife took the pic with her digital (I had
the neg) but my complaint still saw the auction shut down. This seems to be
one area that e*ay jumps on pretty good.
