Go straight to a 21.3.
The best value in LCD monitors -- and an incredible monitor -- is the
Samsung 213T. I love mine.
Mine is paired with a Dell E193P 19" LCD in a dual monitor setup. The Dell
is just so-so, but perfect as a 'toolbar' monitor.
