I collected a package on Saturday morning from Parcelforce Office in
Glasgow. I was given a tracking number by the seller in USA and I followed
it on the USPS website until it showed as clearing Customs in UK. I then
switched to the Parcelforce website and entered the USPS tracking reference
and checked the box "incoming international". The PF site found it and gave
it a PF tracking reference which I then used to check for it tracking to
Glasgow. As soon as that was confirmed I headed for the PF office with a
copy of the webpage details and quoted the number, got my package (after
paying the VAT). I was told to ignore the letter which would eventually
appear in the post.
