Thanks for the info. One last Q, does It respond to the reverse focusing
ring menu command? I would assume it does, though if I get one of these
lenses it will focus the right way :)

It uses an electric link and it focuses in the same direction as the
ZD 14-54. I am not sure how any lens would focus mechanically with
an E-1. I have not seen a link.
