I've never seen it in an OM mount; but it certainly looks like a MF lens.
If I was to want the lens, I'd want to ask questions and see more to
convince me that it's actually an OM-mount lens.

I've owned this lens since 2000. It is rectilinear. I bought mine from B & H
when B &H was closing out Sigma's MF lenses. Like all Sigma's of that era,
it focuses the Nikon direction, but with a 14mm, focus is not a concern! The
lens cap is two pieces. A round cap slides over the outside of the lens and
has an opening that allows a standard type of lens cap to snap on. If you
leave
the outer part of the cap on and remove the snap in section, a circular
image is made on the film. I believe several other list members own this lens.
As
I've written in the past, Sigma made some interesting OM mount lenses in the
1990's. The 180 F2.8 macro is supurb and they also made OM mount 70-210
F2.8's, 300 F2.8'S, 500 f4.5's, and at least one 800 F5.6 APO. I've been
unsuccesful in getting the Sigma 28-70 F2.8.
