Thanks. I guess the anodized part is the black part? On the Nikon 
adapter from Poland, it is located on the side that mounts on the 
camera, not on the side that attaches to the lens. Too bad, as I will 
keep the adapter permanently attached to the Nikon lens anyway. 
Actually the non anodized side does not look very nice at all, it is 
rough - would it not release powder debris as well, aluminium not 
being very hard?
