In this case, Karl Rove would release a false story to smear
an entire race of people. Rove trained under Nixon's dirty trickster guy,
Don Segretti . Roves entire career has built on a foundation of smearing
reputations and releasing
misinformation.
The 2 pictures of white and black hurricane victims finding supplies has
received wide coverage, though I don't know what paper they originally
appeared in.
