Speaking of astrophotography, I just uploaded some old slides that I have
already scanned in the past.
All but one were obtained with the Zuiko 135/2.8, the other (Sagittarius)
was with the 300/4.5.
This can give you an idea of what can be done with a minimal equipment.
I will add in some days the info of the film used (I have to look at the
originals).
