Rita is still 100 miles offshore but the circulation is here (300 miles
inland). The wind came around to the northeast this afternoon and the first
spiral band spread cirrostratus over us about dinnertime. The forecast now
for DFW is only 1 inch of rain. Bill should be fine in Sugarland, but its
going to be bad along the Sabine River.
