Manuel, I think you did fine under the circumstances. Keep in mind that 
Rodinal is not a fine-grain developer and Tmax 3200P is certainly not a 
fine-grain film!  Pulling it would have helped though.  Contrast is okay 
and I think the grain is good considering the film/developer combination.

When you go back, get yourself some Tri-X and soup it in D-76 @ 1:1, I 
reckon that's the combination you want.
