I know what you mean.  With a Maxwell screen and WLF I got the sense
of being able to see the picture before even making it, almost like a
'chrome was laying right on top of the screen.

Have to say that I preferred the RZ because of the integrated film
advance/shutter cocking mechanism.  Wasn't disciplined and/or smart
enough to always remember to cock the RB.  Though I worked with a guy
who was and he ran that thing so fast it was like he had a motor on it
so it's probably just a matter of practice.  Or shooting things that
don't move too quickly!
