LOL! Reminds me of when I did tech support for ISPs. Sometimes I'd
take care of emails that were sent into our support mail. You wouldn't
believe how many people send you emails saying they're having problems
sending email. Or the number of people who would email you saying they
couldn't receive email and not give you any other contact information
besides their email address.
