Was it in England where some Mayor decided that pedophiles used picture
phones to photograph their future victims, so all of a sudden everyone using
a cell phone was under suspicion. Then, here in the US, someone said that
on Halloween, sexual predators should not answer their doors to give out
candy. That way anyone not home, or simply choosing not to give anything
could be suspected by neighbors of being a predator. Brilliant idiocy.
