Hi John,

Just to satisfy my curiosity:
How do you fix them after having drilled off the flange? Tap a thread 
and use a screw? Won't it come loose by the movement of the underlying 
lever?
How to protect the internals from the grindings?
After degreasing, do you apply any form of lubricant to the parts, or do
you put them back in dry?
