Improving from inefficiency or inadequate procedures is one thing.
"Improving" from dishonest and underhanded business practices is
another. I think the NYC camera store scene has only become worse over
the years. In the 60's and 70's there were more than a few honest
houses. Now, even the previously honest houses seem to have been taken
over by the crooks.
