Spill chuckers are a great cause of malapropisms - they suggest  
correct spelling for the wrong words and the aforementioned dimbots  
click the 'change' button dutifully. Thus I've had Kosovo overrun by  
unnecessary macaques (massacres) and many not quite so weird efforts.  
The offender usually claims that, 'it doesn't matter does it? You  
knew what I MEANT", as if I'm being unnecessarily difficult. Frankly  
I preferred the genuinely literacy challenged group I taught this  
year. At least they were happy to acknowledge that they had a problem.
incidentally, have we revisited every standard theme and topic in the  
last week except Vegemite and murkin politiks?
