Funny you should mention Tiger Direct here. I recently attended a
seminar by Will Crocket (smartshooter.com) where he mentioned he had
recently bought some emachines with Athlon 64 processors from Tiger
Direct. He bought from Tiger Direct since they're close to his studio
and he could just go pick them up in person.
I forget the exact model # but they cost less than $500. Possibly were
refurbished. He said they make exceptional PhotoShop machines because
they are so fast and had become everyone's favorites in the studio.
