Clean high iso performance is still the best single solution. IS should 
be a big help for many of the kinds of shots I take when traveling, as 
the subjects are either stationary or quite slow moving.

Not much use for many other shots, even leaving out people, as trees, 
water, flowers, leaves, bugs, etc. keep moving around.
