It is indeed useful, but I am not sure that she is not a little
confused over the law of trespass in England and Wales: there is
nothing in criminal law before the dreaded "aggravated trespass" of
1994 (see http://www.freebeagles.org/articles/Legal_Booklet_4/
lb4-21.html), and it is difficult to see where a civil suit for
damages would lead if no damage had been caused.
