A couple months ago a seller put an essentially identical VST setup that was
new, up for auction, referenced Alan's excellent macro site, and offended a
number of members by "borrowing" Alan's pictures. I personally thought it
was nice that he gave Alan's superb site some publicity and considered it
poor that he didn't ask if he could use the pictures but since it was clear
where they came from I didn't consider the behavior offensive, just a bad
judgement call.
Since I was intending on sniping, when yabe shut down the auction, I was
frustrated for about two minutes. An email or two and $29.95 plus shipping
got the brand new VST safely secured in my treasure stash.
