[OM] DZ 50-200 tripod mount

Well, I don't like the tripod mount on the 50-200 very much. While
it's not flimsy, it is so narrow that it is not stable enough at 200mm
to use the TTT technique of cradling the lens and pulling off a nice
sharp shot. Fortunately, I have the remote for the E-1 and the E-1
has anti-shock, but what about those windy days?

A major contributor is my favorite Bogen 3030 head. The rectangular
QR plates are not a good match for this mount, as they must crisscross
the width of the mount rather than run the length. Perhaps the larger
hex-type QR plate would be better. Anyone dealt with this yet?

I really prefer the tilt-pan heads. I suppose the only solution is a
Kirk ReallyRight Arca Swiss $$$ thingy, but I'd prefer Bogen for now.
Suggestions are welcome! Off to search the web sites ...
