It was a purpose built 16mm high speed camera that operated off, in our
case, a generator, or in other situations, line voltage. If someone tossed
around names, I might recognise one. It wasn't new when I used it, so it
most likely was built in the sixties.
We also used it in water ingestion tests. I remember spending a month one
week in Blythe, California for that.
