Okay, been reading this bad seller thread, and saw the note of disgust from
one list member who is going to deal with KEH in the future. Now, in other
areas--notably old fountain pens--I've noticed eBay prices have dropped to
the point where for the most part you're actually dealing in wholesale
prices rather than retail. Average merch just ain't bringing the bucks it
used to bring. I haven't dealt enough in photo equipment to know if that's
the case with photography. My question is this: After subtracting all the
fees, hassles, etc., associated with the auction, is the price paid by KEH
and perhaps other used equipment dealers, enough, or does one stand a better
chance auctioning the goodies?
