Very well put and right on imho. Certainly fits with my experience 
(large corp. R&D). I was fortunate to be a 'content' person and loved 
what I was doing for a long time. The edge wore off however in the late 
90's as (at least in corp. america) process became more and more 
important at the expense of content. Now it's totally insane. Thank god 
I was downsized/retired.
