I set out to post a 'Picture A Day' last year and with the occasional 'Words
and Picture' feature plus the 'Northamptonshire Churches' I ended up posting
about 500 images last year. With only a few rare exceptions they were all
current.
I made a conscious effort this year, aided by a scanner failure a few weeks
in, to start slow and not get drawn into posting so much stuff. A knock on
effect of that seems to be an inability to get going at all :-) I have
several cameras with near completed films which last year I would have
unloaded without waiting to finish but my new leisurely pace lets me leave
them in until the advance lever has done with them.
I have posted 30 shots this year
(http://www.geebeephoto.com/2006/06001.htm ) but another consequence of my
new regime is that I am not so concerned about strict rotation between
camera brands so the 'L' brand may be shading it this year. Come December
31st I expect my output to be 50/50 Leica and OM.
I am flattered to be missed :-)
