Just try it.  Run 1 or a bunch through PKZIP and see how it does.  Since 
the Oly raw files seem to have little or no compression they may get 
scrunched down quite a bit.  On the other hand, an algorithm that was 
knowledgeable of the unique characteristics of a particular 12 bit raw 
file could probably do better.
